MARC PATCH MUSIC SYSTEM
As a Music Director I have devised a well organized system for Directing & Making Music.
I have a purpose in every detail and I believe in investing in preparation as an individual to maximize the time spent as a group. This system is comprised of the best of the different methods of charting & fundamental rules which achieve the same goal – Team Excellence.
I am a system oriented and goal motivated person who thrives where there is organization and consistency. This system eliminates unnecessary questions and redundancies while allowing musicians of different levels of talent to work together on a professional level. This system only works properly as a whole and requires a time investment up-front (by everyone), but when implemented, it runs very efficiently and requires very little group rehearsal.
This system grows, changes & adapts to fit almost every circumstance.
EDUCATION
Most of my music education is informal, through experience & reading, but I have recently completed two college music theory courses to keep my fundamentals fresh.

I have spent the over 25 years in Worship Ministry, more than 20 of those years as a volunteer. My preference is rhythm electric guitar, but I also play acoustic guitar, bass guitar & drums.
